Nexus Performing Arts collaborates and connects with various and diverse communities to create, educate and perform various facets of the Performing Arts.
Our Beginning
The artistic community is often overlooked when it comes to innovation, diversity and acceptance. Artists are at the forefront of progressiveness and are pioneers to the growing acceptance of diversity and change. Life imitates art. Nexus connects distinct communities with the artistic community, to experience the expressive and freeing space that artists provide. We hope to educate non artists and artists alike, on the artistic process, diverse thinking and embracing the unfamiliar or unknown.
Art is a prevalent force in today’s world and should be recognized as one. It should be seen as an important and vital asset in our society. Nexus believes that we can help art get its appropriate recognition by exposing and integrating artists and non artists with one another, through collaboration on performances, arts events and artistic workshops.
